Skylar Spanburgh, Licensed Professional Counselor
Skylar Spanburgh, LPC is a licensed professional counselor and graduated with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Waynesburg University.
Skylar is passionate about working with adults who are actively processing and recovering from Emotionally Immature Parents and individuals. Through this work, she will help guide you to regain a sense of self and turn compassion inwards. Working from an attachment-based and person-centered lens, Skylar is also passionate about helping both individuals and couples seeking to address relationship issues, difficult familial relationships, communication issues, attachment wounds, and to aid in strengthening conflict resolution. Through her clinical experience, Skylar has also helped individuals seeking to address anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, communication and adjustment issues.
In your work together in therapy, Skylar will meet you where you are and help you get to where you want to be. Skylar works hard to create a safe space for all clients and is dedicated to guiding them to reconnect with their authentic selves.
